The REGISTRATION for the second edition of the Scientific Biomedicine Student's Symposium organized by the Interdisciplinary Biomedicine Science Club is STILL OPEN!
The theme of this year’s meeting is “Biomedicine - The science of the 21st century”.
The Symposium will be held on May 21 2022 in the Aula of Collegium Maius of the Medical University of Lublin on the Doktora Kazimierza Jaczewskiego 4 street.
By joining us, you’ll get the chance to hear scientific presentations of chosen speakers specializing in different fields of biomedical sciences.
Our event will include a speech from Professor Alicja Józkowicz from the Faculty of Biochemistry, Biotechnology and Biophysics of the Jagiellonian University and many other scientists who shall be our guests. It is worth mentioning that the symposium will be held in English. We organize a poster session and a Networking reception, during which the participants will be able to meet our speakers in person and exchange the scientific experience with them.
The main goal of the event is to expand the knowledge of biomedical science among the participants. Therefore, we’re encouraging you to participate in a discussion on mentioned topics!

What is more, this year we invite you to the PLENARY LECTURE of Professor Dr Andreas Grabrucker who will present the topic: “Is Autism a disorder of abnormal trace metal biology? Insights from in vitro and in vivo models for zinc deficiency.”
The plenary lecture will be given before the Symposium and is OPEN and FREE for the entire MUL academic community!
