1098-T Tax From Announcement for 2022

Please make sure that your home address/permanent address that the University has on file is valid and has not changed, as 1098-T tax forms will be mailed to you to those addresses in January 2023.

Please contact financial.department@umlub.pl to check or update your address by the end of this year (2022) - but the earlier, the better.

Also, you will be able to access your 1098-T tax forms via ECSI Heartland website in the same way as for the past 4 years.

If you are a student of other program than American, but you are a US resident and would like to file a tax return in USA, please inform financial.department@umlub.pl as soon as possible, but no later than 9th December 2022.
