Welcome Center

We invite you to the official opening of the Welcome Center at the Center of Medical Simulation! The event will be held on December 7th, 2022 at 11.00 AM, in room 023 on the ground floor.
In the Welcome Center, students, doctoral students and foreign staff will be able to obtain promotional materials about the University and the city, informations about scientific and didactic events organized by the University and cultural events in Lublin.
There will also be brochures in English informing about the educational offer of the Medical University (study plans, subjects, syllabuses, including scholarships, student loans). A Welcome Center employee will support students in dealing with formal matters and provide necessary information in response to the needs of clients, e.g. assistance in obtaining a residence card, renting an apartment, assistance in contacting authorities. It will act as a "bridge" between the needs reported by the student and representatives of the relevant departments/units of the University.
The room where the point is located has been adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.
Moving the current Welcome Center to a new location will facilitate and accelerate access to information sought by people from abroad, including non-academic information.
A pleasant surprise is expected.
Action is a part of the "New dimensions of the Medical University of Lublin - Digital&Real" project of the Welcome to Poland Program.
